File City

This is File City. It is the main city on the island. Though if you were to look you wouldnt even think to call it a city. The place has basically been destroyed. Most of the buildings have been reduced to rubble and the ones that are still intact have only the ground floor and bearly any roof. It is patrolled by Commandramon nightly though during the day it isnt as bad.
